I wanted to take this time to express to you our appreciation for what you did for us in transporting our boat here to our home slip. Safely, in tact and put back together, I have never seen that done before.
I wanted to share that in my lifetime and with all of the interaction I have with people in both career and daily life, I have never met anyone so passionate and caring about a customer. You are the most professional of men, with humor, responsiveness and commitment quite unheard of today.
My friends were amazed by you and said if they ever had to do business they would want to do it with you. Our experience in dealing with the folks in Leamington from the seller to the haul was nothing less than perfection I am sure I will wait a long time to see again. If we were living in an area that we could have our boat there, we both agreed we would do it without question.
